What can I Say to My Clients when Sharing your Intuition?

Here are examples of language coaches can use to share their intuitive insights with clients in a tentative and exploratory manner:

  1. "I have a sense that..."
    • "I have a sense that there might be more to this situation. How does that resonate with you?"
  2. "It occurs to me that..."
    • "It occurs to me that you might be feeling overwhelmed. Does that fit with what you’re experiencing?"
  3. "I’m wondering if..."
    • "I’m wondering if there’s a part of this story that you haven’t yet shared. What do you think?"
  4. "Could it be that..."
    • "Could it be that you’re feeling uncertain about this decision? What are your thoughts on that?"
  5. "I’m curious about..."
    • "I’m curious about how you’re feeling right now. Can you tell me more?"
  6. "Perhaps there’s a possibility that..."
    • "Perhaps there’s a possibility that you’re looking for validation. How does that sound to you?"
  7. "Might it be that..."
    • "Might it be that you’re afraid of the outcome? What do you think?"
  8. "What if we consider the idea that..."
    • "What if we consider the idea that you’re seeking approval from others? How does that feel?"
  9. "It’s possible that..."
    • "It’s possible that you’re trying to avoid conflict. What are your thoughts?"

These phrases can help you share your intuitive insights without imposing your views or judgements, encouraging clients to explore their own thoughts and feelings.
